Influenced by his early background working for a main construction contractor, his front-end knowledge, combined with a longstanding vision to seamlessly fulfil the workplace needs of multinational companies across the globe, Gerry has cemented AIS’ reputation as a leading design and build organisation with a reputation for quality, innovation and service excellence.
As a hands on leader Gerry’s approach provides strategic insight on projects and innovation across all aspects of our integrated capabilities, ensuring our clients can seamlessly resolve their global workplace challenges.
Jason is our procurement expert, evaluating tender information, incorporating design, construction, lab compliance and commercials to develop pertinent scheduling and bid packages. His involvement continues into the delivery process and acts as an important link between pre and post contract phases.
By liaising with the client, engineers, designers and architects, he ensures all client requirements are achieved and effectively communicated to the delivery team. He also undertakes risk analysis, making sure stakeholder requirements are met and identified.
As a Chartered Construction Manager with an M&E background, Jason has specialised in the refurbishment and fit-out market of laboratories and workspaces gaining a detailed knowledge and in-depth experience throughout the pre-construction process to successful delivery of projects on site.
Heath is our laboratory specialist, heading up our Life Science division. Experienced in working with a range of different lab types including production and test labs, wet, dry and biomedical as well as technical spaces Heath if perfectly placed to support the design and delivery of laboratory work zones.
Heath is highly driven with over 20 years’ experience delivering successful projects to the highest quality of health, safety and environmental standards. With his extensive management and commercial background, Heath has a proven track record of delivering projects from award through to completion onsite and client handover.
He ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of workmanship and quality. Heath makes certain output for all designers meets the technical and commercial requirement of lab and high tech spaces.
Steve works closely with you to ensure all AIS Life Sciences teams and strategic supply chain partners achieve the best possible results. His involvement continues into the delivery process and acts as an important link between pre and post contract phases. He makes certain that clear, detailed information and processes provided at the pre-construction phase leads to a smooth and hassle-free delivery of your Life Sciences workplace.

From a professional quantity surveying background, Steve has specialised in the refurbishment and fit-out market for over 25 years, gaining a detailed knowledge and in-depth experience throughout the pre-construction process to successful delivery of projects on site.
Nick is a reliable, highly motivated, construction professional with over 15 years’ contractor experience in both contracting and consulting roles for a variety of private and public sector clients across project delivery.
Nick will manage all commercial aspects and contractual issues relating to the project and ensure that all commercial targets are exceeded. With a hands on approach Nick has input into pre-contract, tendering and negotiation strategy and implementation, as well as monitoring supply chain agreements to ensure best possible quality and cost control.
Nick brings a wealth of experience to our team having held previous leadership roles within organisations. He has led on a number of large scale, framework delivery schemes and successfully delivered strategic business development plans to regulate and deliver these.
A multi-disciplinary 3D generalist with over 5 years experience, starting my career as a residential visualiser before exploring virtual reality as an exciting medium to express design. Chris’ primary passion is creating a fully immersive and realistic environment portraying the intricacies and subtleties of considered design, to create a fully prepared experience for the client to experience.
Chris helps to create visuals with our designers to aid our clients in realising their new workplaces Ranging from static renders to video flythrough and/or a full VR Experience. Using real-time software to help advance and iterate on the design for a fully considered output and using this software to engage with clients helping it mature with their opinion in mind.
Chris is skilled at 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Material Creation, Unreal Engine 4 realtime workflow, VR, Video and Static Rendering.
Amber leads our global brand, marketing and digital strategies, helping to grow our presence in both local and international markets. Working closely with the AIS leadership team, Amber evolves our marketing and communication approach, developing meaningful marketing initiatives that showcase our thought leadership and ensure our clients' projects are shown in the best light.
Collaborating across all areas of the AIS Group, Amber ensures we deliver a consistent and relevant brand experience, image and message for our people and clients. Responsible for implementing our digital marketing and communications, she is continually improving our processes to deliver results.
With 10 years experience in the design industry leading projects and teams across Australia and in the UK, Amber has developed a strong commercial and strategic awareness of what is required to grow our presence globally.
Michele leads the human resources function for AIS, helping to deliver our people strategy and ensuring we continue to build a thriving organisational culture. Providing clear and diligent planning, Michele enables the delivery of our growth plans and maximises the potential for individuals to contribute to the organisations success.
Working alongside the AIS board of directors to shape the organisation structure and auditing levels of training to ensure continued skill set development across the business, Michele ensures we meet business growth targets.
Michele takes a leading role in championing, driving an inclusive performance culture internally and externally allowing us to attract, continually develop and retrain the right people. Building excellent relationships across the businesses at all levels and understanding varied operational needs Michele ensures each and every person and role at AIS matters.
